5 AMAZING ONLINE TYPING GAMES FOR KIDS

Typing on a Keyboard is an example of the concept mentioned above. This text will include the 5 typing games that I have tried and recommend for you to give it a chance.
This impressive and colorful game foundation is in a concept called edutainment which main focus is to create a very fun and unforgettable experience in learning while you have fun (which I think is very interesting). In this game you will have a curious and cute tutor called Dennis which will guide you through the whole game. For instance, the thing that I like the most is when he teaches you how and which finger you should place on the keyboard to smash letters. Plus, at the end of the game you will receive a beautiful diploma which says that you are a typing master.
This “sequel” is akin for kids just starting out with their keyboarding journey. To start, the gamer must type the specific letters to make the character (which is a very cute monkey) jump or leap from one obstacle to another to get the bananas. The part that I enjoyed the most is the creative way of failing a game, for example If you don’t type the correct letter a coconut will knock over the monkey, leaving no other option to start all over again. This one doesn’t have the option to select levels, so it’s best for the ones who are trying typing for the very first time.
3. Type-a-Balloon
This game for some may seem simple and dull, however, I personally believe that it is very fun. Imagine yourself that you are in a beautiful-colorful carnival and the goal in the game is very simple, gamers must type the letters that appear on the balloons in order to pop them with the cannons underneath! If a balloon flies out of the screen, you will lose one of their five lives marked as green balloons in the corner, plus an incorrect response will result in lost points. As their skills improve, kids can move up to a more challenging level.
4. Dance Mat Typing
This game starts by showing gamers the basic hand positions for typing and which fingers the gamer must use according to which keys. For me, I think it helps a lot the player to gain skills slowly. The curious thing, which I think children will love, is the performance of singing cartoon animals who act as coaches while you type. When the level is about to come to an end, the gamer can print out a special certificate of accomplishment to reward their hard work.
5. Keyboard Ninja
If you are a fruit slice fan, this game is a typing game version from it. Letters are shown beneath each fruit, but be careful, the tricky part of this game is that if you accidentally hit the letter containing a bomb (which I think is the hardest part of the game), that will mean an official game over. The game has three levels of difficulty and allows each player to practise which finger section the player wants to expertise.
As you can see these five games are the ones I consider the most simple and enjoyable, of course there are plenty of games on the internet, however, they are the ones that attracted my attention more.
